What changed, and when.

Every change to the API, newest first. Anything that removes or renames a field gets at least 90 days' notice here and by email.

  • ImprovedFacebook and Instagram run on their current live web queries and refresh their query ids automatically when the platform changes them.
  • FixedIssues found by a full live test of every endpoint and parameter.
  • NewSentiment on live data: add sentiment=true to posts, comments and searches on any platform (+1 credit per 20 results), scored by a multilingual social-media model. Tracked mentions use the same model.
  • PricingNew signups get 100 free credits (was 1,000). Keys issued before this date keep their balance.
  • ImprovedSkimwire is now Vanefeed. Same API and endpoints.
  • NewTikTok: comment replies, followers and following, transcripts, live status, account region, account and Top search, search suggestions, hashtags, songs and the videos using them, playlists and the trending feed.
  • NewTikTok profile videos and video search.
  • ImprovedInstagram moved to its current web queries. Facebook reels and paging work without a login.
  • ImprovedThe dashboard opens when you sign in with an API key only, and the site shows who is signed in.
  • ImprovedX transcripts work on videos without captions: the speech is transcribed instead.
